- 1 close up forward photo
- 1 left side mid-range photo
- 1 right side mid-range photo
- 1 back side full length photo

Please include your height, measurements, age, e-mail and phone number. If you are younger than age 18, please have your parents’ names and contact information. Please NO nude photos and serious inquiries only.

Male Models:
- Solid colored swim trunks, no shirt
- Natural hair, clean face
- 1 full length forward photo
- 1 close up forward photo
- 1 left side mid-range photo
